What is Here’s to 100?

Here’s to 100 is a once-in-a-century-opportunity to come together as one Hillel movement to celebrate 100 years of impact, and chart the course for the next 100 years of Jewish life on campus. 

We’ll kick things off on Monday morning, April 15, 2024, with Here for the Future: Building Hillel’s Next Century a summit on the future of Jewish life on campus

Then we’ll put an exclamation point on our day with the kind of party that happens only once every 100 years…Hillel’s Party of the Century! More details about these individual events can be found below.

What is the schedule for Here’s to 100?

Here for the Future: Building Hillel’s Next Century
April 15, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. ET 

This daytime summit will explore the future of Jewish life on campus, and how we can collectively strengthen the Hillel movement for the next 100 years. Programming for the summit will include a morning plenary, lunch, and two workshops. Workshops will focus on key themes and topics impacting the Jewish world and Jewish life on campus today and for the future.

Here to Celebrate: Hillel’s Party of the Century
April 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. ET 

This evening celebration will truly be a once-in-a-lifetime party. Don’t miss your chance to stop by the Hillel Campus Union and eat, dance, and celebrate the night away. You won’t want to miss it! Throughout the evening you will meet and connect with Hillel leadership, be immersed in Hillel’s 100-year history of impact, and enjoy an epic live performance by Lea Michele.

Who gets to attend Here’s to 100?

Here’s to 100 invitees include a broad cross-section of Hillel stakeholders — campus professionals, volunteers, and alumni; as well as external partners — including individual donors, federation, foundation, and partner organization representatives. Selected student leaders have been invited to join each of these experiences.

What is the cost to attend?

Individual tickets for the evening celebration, Here to Celebrate: Hillel’s Party of the Century, are $750. To purchase a ticket, click here

The morning summit, Here for the Future: Building Hillel’s Next Century, is invite only and $250 to participate; early pricing (prior to March 15 registration) is $180.

What is the Here’s to 100 Host Committee?

You are invited to be a member of the Here’s to 100 Host Committee.  As a host committee member, you will enable Hillel International to subsidize the participation of campus Hillel directors and select student leaders from across the movement, as well as enable campuses to bring together young and thriving Hillel supporters. Your involvement will help us celebrate and reflect on Hillel’s first chapter — and begin to write the second. Become a part of Hillel’s 100-year story today! 

Host committee members receive a total of 12 tickets to Hillel’s Party of the Century; tickets can be utilized in full, in part, or fully donated to a campus Hillel of your choosing and/or donated back to Hillel International to support engagement of Hillel alumni in the New York City area. Will meals be provided? Will there be kosher options?

  • Lunch and light bites will be included during Here for the Future: Building Hillel’s Next Century. 
  • The evening celebration, Here to Celebrate: Hillel’s Party of the Century, will include dinner, drinks, and dessert. 
  • Kosher dietary laws will be observed for all meals provided.

What is the dress code?

Who will be honored at the event?

Here’s to 100 is all about celebrating a century of Hillel and Jewish life on campus, and those who have made those 100 years possible. There will be a digital centennial journal to recognize and honor those who have given to an aligned Centennial Campaign — either through Hillel International or a campus Hillel.

What safety and security measures will be in place?

Hillel International is working closely with our established security teams, local law enforcement, and security professionals to ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all attendees at all Here’s to 100 events.

Is there a commemorative digital journal for Here’s to 100?

 

Yes, Hillel will be creating a digital journal to commemorate 100 years of Hillel and Jewish life on campus. Opportunities to place an ad in the journal include Full Page Ads ($540), Half Page Ads ($360) and Quarter Page Ads ($180).

If you plan to attend Here’s to 100 and would like to place an ad in the journal, you can simply add the journal to your online ticket registration. If you are not able to attend Here’s to 100, but would still like to purchase an ad, you can do so by clicking here.
